At JHR SMART TECH, we specialize in manufacturing high-quality aluminum alloy gates. Recently, we had the opportunity to collaborate with a new local distributor who needed a custom aluminum bi-folding gate. The gate size requested was larger than usual, and we quickly proposed a solution by extending the track to accommodate the dimensions.
Upon receiving the request, we provided the customer with a detailed quote, dimensions, and production drawings for confirmation. We also maintained regular communication through phone calls and emails to discuss additional features, such as infrared sensors. Within a week, the customer confirmed the order and paid a deposit, allowing us to begin production.
The customer required a custom white color for the gate. After discussing options, they sent us a color sample card. We used the sample to match the color with a high-temperature powder coating, achieving a 99% color match. We understand that precision is critical, so we ensured the custom finish met the customer’s expectations.
To give the customer more confidence in our production process, we documented every step with detailed photos and videos. We kept in close contact throughout, updating the customer on progress and addressing any concerns. In the final testing video, we also provided step-by-step installation instructions for the high-power motor required by the customer.
Once the production was complete, we quickly packaged the gate and arranged transportation to the customer’s designated warehouse. The goods were shipped in time to meet the customer’s shipping schedule, and we provided all necessary export documentation.
Upon receiving the gate, the customer successfully followed our installation guide and completed the setup. They shared photos of the finished installation, noting that the gate color perfectly matched the property’s overall aesthetic, and the gate looked elegant and impressive.
This collaboration not only resulted in a high-quality product but also helped us build a strong relationship with a new customer. We look forward to continuing this partnership and working with more customers to deliver outstanding products and services.
